We have been in the hotel business since 1969, owning and managing our own properties. Currently, we own the Glengarriff Eccles Hotel in West Cork, Hellaby Hall Hotel in South Yorkshire, England and the Royal Terrace Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland. The Hanratty Property Group is actively involved in all redevelopment work and are experts in redesign, refurbishment & new build projects. With the experience gained over the years, primarily from liaising with development teams in our own properties we are in a position to work with owners/developers on new hotel projects to ensure the design of the hotel is managed in such a way to facilitate the efficient management of the hotel upon opening. |

As owners ourselves we have designed, with professionals, leisure clubs, health and beauty salons/ working hotel kitchens, banqueting facilities and bedrooms both new and refurbished. We would appreciate any opportunity to discuss and outline the advantages and cost benefits of using our company. Please contact us for further information. |
